The various services I already offer, such as website creation (showcase or ecommerce) or online advertising can be included in the expenses eligible for this 500€ voucher. So it's a welcome financial boost for companies that can benefit from it.

But to help these companies, which have been among the hardest hit by the government's restrictions, and to ensure that there' s nothing left to pay, I've decided to create a specific "pack" enabling them to acquire a few basic but no less fundamental tools to effectively develop their online visibility.

I'm introducing this pack on a temporary basis (until June 30, 2021, when the digital check expires) and limited in number.

  • ONLINE VISIBILITY: Create or optimize your Google My Business listing

I create or optimize your Google My Business listing. This visible insert in Google search results greatly enhances your visibility on the web, and particularly your local referencing. In particular, it gives your customers the opportunity to leave a review of your service or products. Not to mention displaying all the necessary information, such as your business address, opening hours, the services you offer, photos, etc.

  • SOCIAL NETWORKS: Optimization of 2 social networks

Social networks are an essential means of communicating with your customers. It's important to choose the right social networks for your business. I'll analyze your social networks to optimize them, in particular by working on their configuration. I'll also give you the best practices to put in place afterwards (tools, advice on editorial content, etc.).

  • EMAILING & CUSTOMER RELATIONS TOOLS: Implementation of Sendinblue

Sendinblue is a tool that lets you manage your customer/prospect database, while allowing you to send automated newsletters and emails to your contacts. So I'm going to create and configure an account for you. I'll then import the email database (if you already have one) and create a standard email template in your brand's colors that will enable you to ask your customers for reviews (Google and/or Facebook). 

  • ONLINE APPOINTMENT TOOL : Calendly implementation

Calendly is a simple, practical tool that makes it easy to book appointments online. Particularly useful in the context of a service business, it will enable you to propose appointment slots to your customers or prospects. Appointments can be made by telephone or in person. I'll create your account and set it up by linking it to your calendar. It will be possible to integrate the appointment link into a number of relevant media (Google My Business listing, social networks, email signature, etc.).

When will the €500 digitization grant be paid out?

The aid will be paid from February 26, 2021.

How long does it take to apply?

  • For invoices dated before January 28, 2021, within 4 months of January 28, 2021
  • For invoices dated between January 28, 2021 and June 30, 2021, until July 31, 2021

Is it possible to receive the digital cheque several times?

No, the €500 digital check can only be collected once per eligible company.
